Employability
ASDAN's Employability Qualifications are regulated, portfolio-based qualifications for learners aged 14 and over. Available from Entry 2 to Level 2, they provide a flexible framework for developing and recognising transferable employability skills. Flexible unit choices allow delivery to reflect learners' starting points, aspirations and intended occupational pathways.

Facts and Figures
The Employability Awards and Certificates are nationally recognised qualifications regulated by Ofqual in England and CCEA Regulation in Northern Ireland. They are also available in Scotland and internationally.
Lifeskills Challenge
ASDAN's Lifeskills Challenge is a flexible online bank of practical challenges for learners working from pre-Entry to Level 3. Designed for learners with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) or those facing barriers to learning, the programme enables centres to create a personalised curriculum that recognises and rewards smaller steps of achievement.
Key Features & Adaptability:
Challenges develop skills for learning, independent living, adulthood and work. They cover subjects including English, mathematics and PSHE and are mapped to the four Preparing for Adulthood pathways. The programme can be adapted around each learner's abilities, communication methods, support needs, interests and aspirations.
