School Contact
Schools contact UK Work Placement Ltd to initiate the placement process.
Referral Form Submission
Our Referral Form is completed and submitted by the school.
Online Pupil Consultation
A UKWP team member conducts an online meeting with the pupil to complete an application form, review choices, preferences, and identify any barriers.
Placement Securing (Within 4 Weeks)
UKWP secures a suitable placement within 4 weeks. The Host Company may request an interview or meeting with the pupil.
Health & Safety Audit
A comprehensive Health & Safety audit and Risk Assessment are completed for the workplace.
Confirmation & Notification
Once both student and company agree, a start date is confirmed. Schools and parents/carers are notified via email, letter & phone.
Uniform & PPE Provision
Students receive their uniform or required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) if necessary.
